Fried Chicken is mostly favorite food of us when were young and now our kids specially when still hot and crispy,so this time i will show how .
1/2 kilo chicken legs
1/4 cup vinegar
2 gloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
100 grs flour
canola oil for frying
1. In a clean container, place and combine chicken, vinegar,garlic,fish sauce,salt,pepper,ginger and gently massage chicken until mix all ingredients and cover with cling plastic wrap ,put inside refrigerator for overnight or 12 hours.
2.Dredge chicken with flour and transfer the chicken in clean plate.
3.Preheat the pan and pour the oil and heat for about 360 degrees.
4.Deep-fry the chicken for about 15-20 minutes in a medium heat.
5.Serve while hot.Enjoy!
