Ginisang Baka at Ampalaya Recipe (Stir-Fried Beef and Bittermelon)

Stir-Fried Beef and Ampalaya- one of our favorite dish.It is a one complete meal also because of the beef meat has protein content and bittermelon has vitamins and minerals.Bittermelon is also anti-diabetic ,it lower down the blood sugar level,it is also anti-cancer,antioxidant,immune booster,good for the heart and for skin improvement.
This two main ingredients are good combination to this recipe .
Here's how:

1/4 kilo beef sliced
1 ampalaya sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 gloves garlic,crushed
1 medium onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste

1.Preheat the pan, and put oil, sautee garlic until light brown color ,next put ginger ,then onion stir until become watery.
2.Add beef and leave for about 8-10 minutes.Add chicken broth and simmer for about 15-20 minuntes.
3.In a small bowl,combine cornflour, and water,set aside.
4.Add ampalaya and pour hoisin,oyster on beef and stir until well blend.Add cornflour mixture and stir  until become thick.
5.Season with salt and pepper.
6.Serve with rice.Enjoy!
