This two main ingredients are good combination to this recipe .
1/4 kilo beef sliced
1 ampalaya sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 gloves garlic,crushed
1 medium onion sliced
1 tbsp ginger minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1.Preheat the pan, and put oil, sautee garlic until light brown color ,next put ginger ,then onion stir until become watery.
2.Add beef and leave for about 8-10 minutes.Add chicken broth and simmer for about 15-20 minuntes.
3.In a small bowl,combine cornflour, and water,set aside.
4.Add ampalaya and pour hoisin,oyster on beef and stir until well blend.Add cornflour mixture and stir until become thick.
5.Season with salt and pepper.
6.Serve with rice.Enjoy!
