PNoy's Satistfaction Rating Now +45
Pres. Aquino's satisfaction rating fell by 4 points in the 1st Qt. of the year survey results of the Social Weather Stations (SWS). In the nationwide survey conducted Mar. 27 to 30 66% of respondents said they are satisfied with Pres. Aquino's performance in the past 3 months, while 21% were not. This brings the net satisfaction rating of the President to plus 45 (percentage of satisfied minus dissatisfied) or down from the plus 49 (69% satisfied and 21% dissatisfied) score gained in the last quarter of 2013. While it's down by 4 points the present net satisfaction rating of Pres. Aquino remains good. The president's highest net satisfaction rating so far is at plus 67 in Aug. of 2012. The result was first round of survey for 2014 which used face to face interview of 1,200 respondents were first published in Business World last Monday. SWS attributed the decline in the net rating of the President to a 13 point drop in his performance grade in the rest of Luzon. It fell to plus 42 from plus 54 last Dec. Likewise PNoy's net satisfaction fell by 1 point in the Visayas from plus 50 last Dec. to plus 49 at present. In a separate survey by the Pulse Asia released last Thursday, PNoy's trust and performance rating also declined in the 1st Qt.
