Timothy Bradley has Unique Training Style
Just about almost everything about Timothy Bradley's training regimen and nutrition is unconventional. While everyone reports for gym work sometime in the afternoon, Bradley does his thing at 10 am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 8 am every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Bradley is getting himself ready for rematch with Manny Pacquiao on April 12, 2014 in Las Vegas and the unbeaten US fighter is in the thick of preparations according to reports emanating from his camp in Palm Springs, California. Bradley,30, holds his roadwork in the evening and it lasts between 45 mins. to 2 hrs. unlike most fighters who do theirs just before sunrise. Apart from his training style, Bradley's diet totally vegan is also a bit unorthodox as he abstains from consuming red meat, chicken and not even fish. As soon as he gets up in the morning Bradley is served a shake, smoothie or oatmeal and wolfs down salads, wraps, pastas, rice or burgers. Like Pacman, Bradley spars on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and takes breaks on Sundays. Pacman meanwhile spars on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays and actually kicked off the most difficult stage of his training on Monday afternoon. Pacman arrived in L.A. over the weekend and will head to the Wild Card Boxing Club almost everyday until 6 days before his 2nd meeting with Bradley set to take place at the MGM Grand.
