Women's group Gabriela on Saturday marked the celebration of the International Women's Day with a protest denouncing the Aquino administration for the worsening state of poverty and corruption in the country. Gen. of Gabriela Joms Salvador the protest also highlights the difficulties of Super Typhoon Yolanda victims who were neglected and abandoned by the current administration, he also said that the Aquino administration favors the big local and foreign business leaving the poor Pilipinos neglected. He also called president Aquino as hypocrite, negligent and idiot, he slammed the Pork Barrel/PDAF Scam and Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) issues. The group also underscored the bonuses of Social Security System (SSS) and PhilHealth employees received, smuggling and Manila Electric Company (Mearlco) power rate hike.
