HK$90 Wage Increase Approve by the HK Government for DH

Hong Kong now agrees with HK$90 wage increase for their so called Foreign Domestic Workers (FDW) which is compose of the vast majority of Filipina Domestic Helper. The Labor USec. Danilo Cruz begin issuing the new type of Minimum Allowable Wages (MAW) by yesterday. The new minimum monthly salary is now HK$4,010 from original HK$3,920 that has been added by HK$90 or Php 500 in the PHL. But it doesnt just end there the monthly food allowance also grows which is not covered by their employers from the original HK$875 to now HK$920. All of this will be effective according to the USec. Cruz if only if the Foreign Domestic Workers has already signed there new employment contracts starting yesterday. The contracts will be effective when the employers signed together with their FDW before Sep. 30 but the previous Minimum Allowable Wages or MAW will still be considered if it will be submitted to the Immigration Department before Oct. 28.
