Bohol Feels Thirst Even Relief Aid Comes
When food shortage crisis has being felt due to slower deliver of aids and goods local officials of Bohol appealed yesterday for everyone's help, citing that clean and pure drinking water for earthquake victims is a must after pipelines and deep wells are all damaged and unusable last Tuesday. This development has infuriated VP Jejomar C. Binay who blames the government at slower action of response when natural disaster struck. The VP aired his frustration at the 38th anniversary celebration of National Housing Authority (NHA)in Quezon City yesterday. Due to this condition the Armed Forces of the Philippines(AFP) has deployed its Water Sanitation (WatSan). teams to help produce portable water in Bohol towns which suffers severe disaster that took 175 lives.
