Infertility in women.Happens also to filipina

To get pregnant it is necessary to befall a series of events.

Other causes of infertility in women include : Increasing age is a cause of infertility in women because it reduces the quantity and quality of oocytes
The problems of the reproductive system including damage or blockage of the fallopian tubes , adhesions , fibroids , complications from surgery or infections
Sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia and gonorrhea
Diseases such as sickle cell anemia , AIDS and kidney disease
Medications such as antidepressants , tranquilizers , inhibitors of calcium channels , drugs and chemotherapy
Exposure to radiation ( for example if the ovaries are exposed to radiation ) in the lead, pesticides and toxic gases
The diagnosis of infertility in women
The medical history of the woman includes a reference to any anomalies period, illnesses has passed the woman , sexually transmitted diseases, surgeries. Also examined treatments that take or took the woman and whether it has been exposed to toxic agents .
The gynecological examination follows the history taking and general physical examination . Examined whether the anatomical conditions of the female reproductive system is normal . Are blood tests that including investigating the hormonal status of the woman .
It is also necessary to investigate the situation of the spouse or partner of a woman. The medical history and analysis of sperm can provide important information about the cause of infertility .
The treatment of infertility in women
The treatment depends on the cause . Also important factors in treatment is the duration of infertility and the woman's age .
There are basically two types of responses. The first is the restoration of fertility with medicine or surgery. The second category are methods of artificial reproduction ( medically assisted human reproduction).
The drugs used for ovulation problems include clomiphene (clomiphene citrate), injections of FSH and LH. This treatment may also be administered together with the sperm into the uterine cavity ( intrauterine insemination ) .
The surgical approach is appropriate when there are problems tubal obstruction or endometriosis.
The techniques of medically assisted reproduction , including egg donation and embryo , in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm .
