1/2 kgr feta cheese
1/4 kgr unsalted mizithra cheese
In a bowl, mix feta cheese, the mizithra cheese, the egg, the milk and the pepper into a mixture.
Spread the half pastry sheets greasing them with olive oil one by one.
Add the filling.
Add the remaining pastry sheets greasing again intermediate.
Cut the pie into pieces and grease the top sheet with a some olive oil and sprinkle with a little water.
Bake at 180oC for 45 minutes or so, until getting gold color on top.
